Summer Session: July 5-August 14 (Six Weeks)

Summer Class Schedule

 

Class Descriptions by Age Group

Dancers should register by age group, or if levels are listed, by their winter|spring class level. New dancers are welcome and should contact mail@bainbridgedancecenter.com with questions about placement.

Tumble & Dance (ages 4 & under accompanied by an adult)

Crawl through tunnels, balance on the beam & learn to summersault! This class combines dance and gymnastics with music, movement, tumbling and more. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This class is offered twice a week, giving families flexible scheduling options. If you enroll in one day per week, you’re welcome to attend the other day as a make-up whenever you miss a class.

Music & Dance (ages 3-6)

Music & Dance is the perfect class for dancers ready to attend class on their own. Dancers learn the fundamentals of ballet technique and creative movement, play rhythm games, dance with scarves, sing songs and engage in imaginative play. These classes are offered twice a week, giving families flexible scheduling options. If you enroll in one day per week, you’re welcome to attend the other day as a make-up whenever you miss a class.

Ballet, Tap & Jazz (ages 7-9)

Join us this summer for an exciting selection of dance classes designed especially for ages 7–9! We are offering a wonderful variety of dance forms, including Ballet, Tap, and Jazz, giving young dancers the opportunity to explore different styles and discover what they love.

Each class focuses on building foundational technique, musicality, coordination, and confidence in a positive and supportive environment. Whether your dancer is continuing their training or stepping into the studio for the very first time, our summer program provides a fun and engaging experience.

Intermediate Classes (ages 10-13)

Dancers ages 10–13 (BDC Levels 4|6|7) are invited to continue their growth and training throughout the summer. Our summer program includes:

  • Ballet (twice a week)

  • Jazz

  • Strength Training

  • Yoga Stretch

This well-rounded schedule is designed to build strength, flexibility, technique, and style to help dancers stay conditioned and prepare for the upcoming dance year.

Dancers may register for classes that run for the six-week session or purchase a 10-Class Card which can be used for any combination of intermediate-level summer classes.

Advanced Classes (ages 14-18)

Dancers ages 14–18 (BDC Levels 8 & 9) are strongly encouraged to continue their training throughout the summer months. Consistent summer study helps maintain strength, refine technique, and prepare dancers for continued growth in the upcoming season.

  • Ballet (twice a week)

  • Jazz

  • Strength Training

  • Yoga Stretch

This well-rounded schedule is designed to build strength, flexibility, technique, and style to help dancers stay conditioned and prepare for the upcoming dance year.

Dancers may register for classes which run for eight weeks (July 5-August 27) or purchase a 10-Class Card which can be used for any combination of advanced-level summer classes.
