BDC Summer 2026: Weekly Classes

Weekly classes run from July 5-August 14 (six weeks)

Summer Class Schedule


Tumble & Dance (ages 4 & under accompanied by an adult)

Crawl through tunnels, balance on the beam & learn to summersault! This class combines dance and gymnastics with music, movement, tumbling and more. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This class is offered twice a week, giving families flexible scheduling options. If you enroll in one day per week, you’re welcome to attend the other day as a make-up whenever you miss a class.

Music & Dance (ages 3-6)

Music & Dance is the perfect class for dancers ready to attend class on their own. Dancers learn the fundamentals of ballet technique and creative movement, play rhythm games, dance with scarves, sing songs and engage in imaginative play. These classes are offered twice a week, giving families flexible scheduling options. If you enroll in one day per week, you’re welcome to attend the other day as a make-up whenever you miss a class.

Ballet & Tap (ages 7-9)

Hip Hop (ages 9-12)

This summer we are offering Ballet and Tap for ages 7-9 and Hip Hop for ages 9-12. These classes give young dancers the opportunity to explore different styles before committing to longer term classes in the fall. Classes are perfect for students new to dance.

Each class focuses on building foundational technique, musicality, coordination, and confidence in a positive and supportive environment. Whether your dancer is continuing their training or stepping into the studio for the very first time, our summer program provides a fun and engaging experience.

Hip Hop (ages 9-12) Mondays 5-6pm

Tap (ages 7-9) Tuesdays 4-5pm

Ballet (ages 7-9) Wednesdays 4-5pm

Advanced|Intermediate Classes (ages 12-18)

Dancers ages 12–18 (BDC Levels 6|7|8|9) are invited to continue their growth and training throughout the summer. Our summer program includes:

  • Ballet (twice a week)

  • Strength Training

  • Yoga Stretch

  • Pointe & Prepointe

This well-rounded schedule is designed to build strength, flexibility, technique, and style to help dancers stay conditioned and prepare for the upcoming dance year.

Dancers may register for classes that run for the six-week session or purchase a 10-Class Card which can be used for any combination of intermediate-level summer classes.
